NACA协会副会长兼秘书长,联合创始人,毕业于上海对外经贸大学工商管理专业,曾在著名综合商社担任管理层。Ally拥有超过20年的国际贸易经验,7年的房地产投资经验,以及10年在非营利组织领域的丰富工作经历。她与多家世界500强公司建立了广泛的合作关系,并在拓展海外市场方面取得了成功。
2014年移居加拿大后,Ally创立了叽叽咕移民论坛和社区中心,搭建了本地社区、华人社区与政府商家间的联动网络,同时创办了PEI第一本B2B中英文杂志及线上平台北美爱家频道。在担任义工的10年中,她担任北美妇女联合会多伦多分会会长,并在PEI新移民中心、华人协会及多伦多Mennonite新生活中心担任义工,组织超过200场社区活动,发放16000份新移民指南。疫情期间,她为湖北和加拿大联合募捐超过40000加元,被评为2021年PEI社区领袖。2022年移居多伦多后,Ally继续投身社区服务,并荣获杰出女企业家奖和英国伊丽莎白女王白金禧奖章。
作为ASA SPE青少年发展基金会的联合创始人,Ally自2017年起推动“世界行者”项目,7年间带领100人次走访76个国家,促进了国际文化交流与青少年成长。2023年,该基金会通过了爱丁堡公爵奖认证,启动了多个青年卓越成就项目。Ally精通英语、普通话、粤语和上海话,拥有卓越的跨界整合与媒体沟通能力,致力于推动社区合作和文化交流,搭建移民群体与当地社区的桥梁。

Vice President and Secretary-General of NACA, and co-founder. Graduated B.B.A from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Ally previously held a management position at a renowned leading Import & Export Corp. With over 20 years of experience in international trade, 7 years in real estate investment, and 10 years working in non-profit organizations, she established extensive partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and has a track record of successfully expanding overseas markets.
After moving to Canada in 2014, Ally founded the Gigigu Immigration Forum and Community Center, creating a network platform that connects local communities, Chinese communities, and businesses with government resources. She also launched the first B2B Chinese-English magazine in PEI and the online platform North America Family Channel. During her 10 years of volunteer service, Ally served as the President of the Toronto Chapter of the North America United Women’s Association and volunteered at PEI Newcomers Association, PEI Canadian & Chinese Association, and Toronto Mennonite New Life Centre, organizing over 200 community service events and distributing 16,000 newcomer magazines and guidebooks. During the pandemic, Ally organized fundraisings of over $40,000 CAD for Hubei and Canada, earning the title of 2021 PEI Community Culture Leader. After moving to Toronto in 2022, Ally continued her volunteer work and was awarded the Outstanding Female Entrepreneur Award and the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.
As the co-founder of ASA SPE Youth Development Foundation, Ally has co-led the “World Pacer” project since 2017, guiding 100 participants across 76 countries over 7 years, fostering international cultural exchange and youth development. In 2023, the foundation received recognition as an Award Centre from the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, launching multiple youth excellence projects. Ally is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, with exceptional cross-border integration and media communication skills, dedicated to bridging immigrant communities and local networks through cultural exchange and community collaboration.
