Hannah尤其擅长提升大学重视的青少年领导力，熟悉青少年公益组织的创建、高效团队的建设以及长期运营的管理技能。她对青少年未来的职业发展路径及企业所需的人才特质有深刻理解。她与儿子以及团队其他核心人员共同创建了青少年公益组织SFL（Shaping Future Leaders, https://www.sfl-youth.org），该组织聚焦于青少年领导力的学习与发展，现有的项目包括青少年领导力讲座，并鼓励孩子们通过实际项目锻炼领导力。
Hannah拥有超过15年的人力资源管理和企业管理培训经验，尤其在企业人才发展项目的设计与实施方面有丰富的实践经验。她曾为多家知名企业成功交付管理层的人才发展项目，包括美的、小米、OPPO、京东、百度、360奇虎科技、吉利等。这些项目涵盖了领导力发展、战略解码、变革管理、创新设计思维以及企业文化价值观的共识工作坊等领域。
Hannah is the co-founder of Youth Horizons Learning, an institution widely recognized as a comprehensive and advanced public speaking organization tailored for middle school students. The Head Coach of the institution is a national-level public speaking coach, serving as the 2024 China National Team Advisor and the 2025 Singapore National Team Advisor. The organization also features debate coaches with a world champion background, helping numerous teenagers enhance their debate skills.
Hannah has a deep understanding of the leadership qualities valued by universities and is experienced in cultivating leadership skills in youth. She is well-versed in establishing youth non-profits, building effective teams, and ensuring the long-term success of organizations. She also has extensive knowledge of the talent profiles that will be essential for young people as they enter the workforce. Together with her son and other key partners, they founded the youth non-profit organization SFL (Shaping Future Leaders), which focuses on the development of youth leadership. Current projects include youth leadership seminars and encouraging children to run various hands-on projects to practice leadership.
With over 15 years of experience in human resources management and corporate training, Hannah has extensive expertise in talent development. She has successfully designed and delivered talent development programs for multiple leading companies, including Midea, Xiaomi, OPPO, JD.com, Baidu, Qihoo 360, and Geely. Her projects encompass leadership development, strategy decoding workshops, change management, innovation and design thinking, and corporate vision and values consensus workshops.
