从军十年。于1998年正式涉足文化娱乐领域，曾在北京市文化局工作，参与负责北京长安文化集团的整体运营和管理工作。2000年创办文化公司，是国内最早的明星经纪公司之一。2009年创办影视公司，投资制作了多部知名影视剧作品，担任出品人、总制作人、总策划人、总发行人等职。其独立运营的电视剧广告植入赞助创行业最高水平，成功引入超过20家国际一线品牌的赞助和现金植入等。独立拍摄的国际品牌广告片创下该品牌广告制作的最高水平。曾在北京创办精英女性俱乐部，成功组织多场活动和募捐活动。曾持有基金从业资格人牌照。

个人职业经历包括军人、明星经理人、文化影视、广告公关、娱乐营销、文化基金人、民宿投资和管理、室内业余设计师等多个领域。爱好广泛，尤其擅长室内设计，曾拥有多个软装案例。

其于2023年正式移居加拿大多伦多居住和创业，创办了NACA，协会在她的带领下现已获得多个国家级别的国际文化交流和教育项目资源。

Liu Yijun (Lily), President and Founder of NACA

Lily served in the military for ten years before transitioning to the cultural and entertainment sector in 1998. She worked at the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture, where she co-worked in the operations and management of the Beijing Chang’an Cultural Group. In 2000, she founded one of China’s first movie stars agency companies, laying the foundation for her leadership in the industry. By 2009, Liu had established her own film and television company, investing in and producing numerous renowned TV dramas and films. She held key positions such as executive producer, chief producer, head planner, and lead distributor. Her innovative approach to product placements in TV dramas set a new benchmark in the industry, attracting sponsorships and cash investments from over 20 top international brands. Additionally, her independent production of international brand commercials raised the standard for the brand’s advertising content. Liu also independently founded an elite women’s club in Beijing, organizing several successful events and fundraising initiatives. She also held a license as a qualified fund manager.

Liu’s career spans multiple fields, including military service, celebrity management, film and television production, advertising and public relations, entertainment marketing, cultural fund management, boutique hospitality investment and management, and even interior design, where she has completed several soft furnishings projects. Her wide-ranging interests have made her particularly skilled in interior design.

With comprehensive management and operational expertise in the cultural and media industries, Liu excels in market expansion and on-the-ground execution. She has built an extensive network of industry contacts and government resources, while also demonstrating a remarkable ability to integrate cross-industry partnerships. Her leadership is defined by a clear, forward-thinking vision, sharp business acumen, and a decisive, results-driven approach.
